Natalie is thoroughly dedicated to giving babies, parents and entire families the sleep that they deserve. Her passion for making a good night’s sleep a reality was inspired by her own experience as a mother of a playful and outgoing daughter.
Like most new parents, Natalie quickly realised that “sleeping like a baby” would not be as straightforward as she had hoped. Eventually, having established a consistent routine including regular eating and nap patterns during the day and positive bed time associations, Natalie and her daughter began to reap the huge rewards of normative sleep.
During the process though, she discovered that plenty of her peers were also experiencing the very real difficulties of irregular and interrupted sleep. Worryingly, many had become resigned to exhaustion, frustration and strained relationships as standard by-products of parenthood.
Natalie made it her mission to shift these perceptions and to empower parents to enjoy a well-balanced, rested and happy family life. She is driven by the satisfaction of seeing sleep-deprived families tackle and conquer their fatigue together. Because every child, every parent and the relationships between them are unique,
Natalie tailors a program for each family which revolves around their particular needs and personalities. She works hand in hand with them, every step of the way to restore healthy sleeping patterns.
Natalie is a fully Certified Sleep Consultant and holds a Certificate in Sleep Consultancy and Early Prevention. She is also a member of the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. In addition, Natalie holds a Bachelor in Social Science (honours) and a Post Graduate in Human Resource Management.
